Purchase Regulations
1. Purchase of digital pictures.
1.1. Each type of picture (depend of resolution) offered on the WARTAi P.S.A. platform has a standard starting price. This price is visible immediately after clicking the BUY button. Pictures at this price are available to the general public, i.e., anyone who does not want to be a member of the Art Connoisseur Club. There is a special pricing policy for Club members based on discounts.
1.2 To take advantage of the discounts, one must become a member of the Art Connoisseur’s Club. Club members can purchase picture with a percentage discount that depends on the type of membership. The highest discount is for annual membership and is 25%. The lowest discount for a daily membership is 5%.
2. Access to Albums (MAXI)
2.1 After purchasing an picture, the customer receives a message with a link to download the picture. From then on, the customer becomes a user of the picture under the terms of the current license policy.
3. Complaints and Returns
3.1 All complaints are processed upon request by the customer within 14 days.
3.2 Returns do not apply which is standard procedure for digital files.
4. Final Provisions
4.1. These regulations are effective as of 20.12.2024 and are an integral part of the rules of the WARTAi P.S.A. platform.
4.2. WARTAi P.S.A. reserves the right to make changes to these regulations, and customers will be informed in advance of any updates.
Rules and regulations for access to albums
Access for club members
1.1 Members of the Art Connoisseur Club have free access to all MAXI albums available on the platform.
1.2 Access to the albums lasts according to the membership purchased:
One day
One week
One month
One year
Purchase of individual album access
2.1 Individual access is dependent of club membership.
Final provisions
3.1 These terms and conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website.
3.2 The platform reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and the prices of the albums. Users will be informed of any changes well in advance.

Regulations of the Art Connoisseur Club

1.3. Membership in the Club is voluntary and requires acceptance of these regulations.
2. Membership Rules
2.1. Any adult individual can become a member of the Club if they:
- Purchase a membership through the WARTAi P.S.A. website.
- Accept the Club’s values, including supporting artistic endeavors and engaging with the art community.
2.2. Club membership entitles members to: - Access exclusive albums and artworks.
- Submit artworks for auctions.
- Take advantage of discounts and special offers available only to Club members.
2.3. The Club offers various membership levels, details of which are available on the WARTAi P.S.A. website.
3. Rights and Responsibilities of Club Members
3.1. Club members have the right to:
- Participate in events and projects organized by WARTAi P.S.A.
- Receive information about new developments and Club activities.
3.2. Club members are obligated to adhere to these regulations and maintain respectful conduct toward other members.
4. Resignation and Termination of Membership
4.1. A Club member may resign from membership at any time by sending appropriate notice to the Club’s contact address.
4.2. WARTAi P.S.A. reserves the right to remove a member in case of violation of these regulations or actions inconsistent with the Club’s values.
5. Final Provisions

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Windows of Art
Welcome to WARTAi Affiliate Program! As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of WARTAi you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting our platform as an Affiliate.
By joining the Affiliate Program (Program), you become part of our mission to promote the beauty and creativity of art. Your role is to legally advertise our website and offerings, earning commissions on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to us through your unique affiliate link.
By signing up for the WARTAi Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
- Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application. - Commissions Affiliates will earn 30% commission on all eligible sales referred through their affiliate link, including memberships, albums, and other artistic products.
Commissions are paid once a month for transactions that remain active and are not subject to refunds or chargebacks for a minimum of 37 days.
You cannot refer yourself, and commissions will not be paid on your own purchases.
Only one commission will be paid per referred customer. If a referred customer places multiple orders, the commission applies only to the first eligible order.
3. Termination
Your participation in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading links, or unauthorized materials).
- Spamming (mass emails, newsgroup postings, or unsolicited messages).
- Advertising on platforms that promote illegal, offensive, or harmful activities.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law or regulations.
- Violation of intellectual property rights, including the unauthorized use of WARTAi logos, trademarks, or other branding.
- Offering incentives, rebates, or discounts from your affiliate commissions as an inducement to buy (however, bundling other products with promotions is acceptable).
- Engaging in self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.
We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, if we believe the Affiliate is in violation of this Agreement.
4. Affiliate Links
You may use the affiliate links and banners provided by us or create your own, as long as they comply with our guidelines.
Affiliates may promote WARTAi on their websites, social media, blogs, email newsletters, or other approved platforms.
All affiliate promotions must align with the mission and values of WARTAi and must not misrepresent our offerings.
5. Prohibited Practices for Coupons and Deals
Affiliates may not create or promote unauthorized coupons or discounts for WARTAi.
Any misleading text, pop-ups, or deceptive practices related to coupons are strictly prohibited.
All promotions involving discounts must be pre-approved by Windows of Art.
6. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC advertising for Windows of Art is not permitted without prior written approval. Affiliates may not bid on branded terms, including WARTAi memberships, or related keywords.
7. Liability
WARTAi is not responsible for indirect or accidental damages (e.g., loss of revenue or commissions) due to tracking failures, database errors, or other technical issues.
We do not guarantee error-free operation of the Affiliate Program or our website.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional practices comply with this Agreement and applicable laws.
8. Term of the Agreement
This Agreement is effective from the moment you are approved as an Affiliate and remains in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmlessWARTAi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Misrepresentation or negligence on the part of the Affiliate.
- Violation of laws or regulations.
- Breach of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WARTAi operates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
11. Electronic Signature
By completing the affiliate application process, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Your application and participation in the Program constitute an electronic signature that is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.
